Well how about a long over due update on my weight loss goal for 2008.
I started the year off at 250, then got myself down to about 246/7. But lately I have a new motivation to eat less... I'm poor. Well not really, but we are in the midst of saving up some money for a significant purchase and I felt I needed to do my part. So no more tasty hamburgers for lunch, just left overs from the previous nights dinner.
The result? Have lost about 7 pounds in the last 10 days. Lost some significant size from my belly as well. So the diet is officially back on. I'll call it the poor mans diet :-)
